Osaka Guest House U-En

The best part of my stay at this guest house was the convenient location. It was situated right next to a train station and had a convenience store and restaurants nearby. This made it easy for me to get around and find everything I needed. I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable dorm beds. They had curtains for privacy and included a shelf, locking storage box, and small lamp, which made my stay more comfortable and convenient.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the noise from people walking in the corridor. The wooden flooring on the upper level amplified the sound, causing some disturbance.

I had a fantastic stay at U-En Guesthouse in Osaka. The staff were incredibly friendly and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. The location was perfect, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores, and just a short walk to two JR stations. The guesthouse was always clean, especially the bathrooms and toilets. The common room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including filtered water and laundry facilities. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of windows in my room, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at U-En Guesthouse. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay in Osaka.

Guests can also enjoy free instant coffee on the second floor and have access to bike rental and luggage storage.

The guesthouse lacks maps, which could be inconvenient to navigate the area.

That the air conditioning in the room didn't keep it cool enough, but it would have been nice if there were fans provided as an alternative. being a light sleeper, the noise from other guests was a bit distracting, but the hostel did provide earplugs to help with that.
